Real Taekwondo, taught by a 7th Degree Black Belt with a direct lineage to the founding generation of the art. Senior Master Brandon Toohey has led this school since 2011, training kids, teens, and adults across Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, and Brushy Creek.
Taekwondo trains the body, but Senior Master Toohey has spent over a decade proving it trains something bigger: focus, respect, and the kind of quiet confidence that carries into the classroom and beyond.
Structure, listening skills, and a belt system that turns "I can't" into "watch me." Most parents notice the difference at home before they notice it on the mat.
Focus · Confidence · RespectReal self-defense skills built on real discipline, in a room full of peers who push each other up instead of down. Strength that shows up in how they carry themselves.
Strength · Self-defenseA serious workout with a black belt curriculum behind it. Train alongside your kids or on your own schedule, and walk out stronger and sharper than you walked in.
Fitness · DisciplineStop by, sit in, and see the school in action before your student ever steps on the mat. No pressure, no pitch.
A real class, not a sales demo. Uniform loaner available, every question answered by the instructors themselves.
The belt system turns effort into visible progress fast, so new students see momentum within the first few weeks.
A clear, structured path all the way to first degree black belt and beyond, taught by an instructor who has walked it himself.
"My daughter walked in shy and quiet. Two years later she's leading warm-ups for the little kids class. This school builds leaders, not just fighters."
"I train alongside my son now. Senior Master Toohey remembers everyone's name and everyone's goals. It doesn't feel like a franchise, it feels like a family."
"I started here as a white belt kid and earned my first degree black belt on this floor. A decade later I still carry what this school taught me every single day."
No pressure, no gimmicks. Come see what a real Taekwondo school feels like.
Most students start between ages 4 and 6, but we've built strong programs for every age from young kids through teens and adults. Come watch a class and we'll recommend the right group for your student.
Both, whichever you prefer. Plenty of parents sit in and watch every class. Just as many train right alongside their kids in our adult program. There's no wrong way to be involved.
It varies by student and effort, typically a few years of consistent training. It's a real, earned rank, not a subscription reward, which is exactly why it means something when a student gets there.
